EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The University of Rwanda as the only one public university is one on the forefront to embrace the world’s education systems that varies in terms of structure and curricular content. It is with this regard that, the benchmark with global agenda of its strategic ambitions vis-à-vis its core business remains on the top of its strategic goals and routine services. In this regard, this report provides statistics that concur with international agreed indicators to facilitate scaling with global education systems.
In this context, this report includes information on students’ enrolment, staff, and their respective publications as well as graduates’ information to measure the journey of the University as per International Standards of Classification for Education (ISCED). This provides thematic areas of performance to measure the extent to which institutional achievements meet national, regional, and global education strategic goals.
