Director of Procurement Unit


Master's Degree in Supply Chain and Public Procurement Management, Procurement, Purchase Management, Finance, Accounting, Commerce with emphasis in procurement and suppliers, Management with at least 3 years working experience and Postgraduate Diploma or A0 in the above subject with 5 years working experience. Having completed Accounting Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC (CPA, ACCA) will be added advantage.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

  • High Analytical and Negotiation Skills;
  • Knowledge of basic business and purchasing practices;
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Knowledge of state contracting laws, regulations and procedures;
  • Knowledge of grades, qualities, supply and price trends of commodities;
  • Time Management, Decision making and Computer Skills;
  • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
