Rwanda-Japan Academic and Student Exchange Fair 2018

In an effort to build partnerships and foster academic and student exchanges between Japanese and Rwandan universities, the University of Rwanda and Hokkaido University are jointly organizing an event dubbed “Rwanda-Japan Academic and Student Exchange Fair 2018” on 16th February 2018 (08:30 – 13:30) in KCEV ( a.k.a Camp Kigali). This move was accelerated under the programme called “Coordinator for Study-in-Japan Project”, initiated by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), and Hokkaido University is actively involved in implementing its promotion activities in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Fair, which is the sixth attempt in its kind in the region since 2015, will basically put emphasis on studying in Japan and targets junior academics, researchers and students who may want to pursue their studies in Japan. Interested individuals will get first-hand information from representatives of participating universities/ organizations enumerated below.
