It’s a great honor for University of Rwanda to host this life changing training. We believe that e-health has the potential to improve healthcare systems. Yet, only with capacity building can e-health reach its full potential

According to Dr. David Tumusiime who is coordinating the CEBE program will mainly focus on training health facility end users on the use and management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) as well as equipping participants with necessary skills that will help them train others.

After the training we expect to make the use of IT in health care service delivery a reality. We also expect to have a paper published on the model and approach to develop teaching resources for e-health end users” said Dr Tumusiime.

The training course in Electronic Health Records use and Management will be given to more than 200 participants from all Districts in Rwanda. Participants will include District Hospital Medical Doctors, Health Centre Managers, Health Centre Data Managers and nurses.
