Prof. Gahutu Jean Bosco an academician and head of research at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Rwanda, presented his lecture which is a University of Rwanda requirement to all academics having attained such high levels of excellence to become a full Professor, the lecture was titled “Oxygen availability to tissues, Problems and Solutions”
